These terms describe how the learning modules, code samples, and written guides published by Mithila Digital may be used, what we expect from learners, and where our responsibility ends. They apply to every visit and every download.
Mithila Digital Academy publishes educational content on programming, application development, and software architecture. Modules, exercises, and reference notes are provided for self-directed study. We do not guarantee that any module matches a specific curriculum, certification body, or employer requirement, and we do not promise employment, admission, or a particular technical outcome after working through the material.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping access credentials to yourself. Do not share paid or gated material outside your own study, resell it, or republish it as your own. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, and attempts to bypass access controls are not permitted. If we notice misuse, we may suspend access while we look into it.
Example repositories and snippets are meant to be read, adapted, and tested in your own environment. They come without warranty of any kind. Libraries, frameworks, and editors referenced in the modules belong to their respective maintainers and are governed by their own licenses. Check those licenses before you ship anything based on a sample.
Text, diagrams, exercise sets, and the structure of the modules remain the property of Mithila Digital or the original authors. You may quote short passages with a clear reference to the source. Reproducing whole lessons, translating them for distribution, or using them in a competing course requires written permission from us beforehand.
Modules are updated as languages, tooling, and best practices move on. We may add, revise, or retire content, and we may adjust these terms when the way we operate changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. If a change is significant, we will note it on the site rather than quietly rewriting the page.
We take care with what we publish, but we cannot accept liability for decisions made on the basis of a lesson, for downtime of external services used in examples, or for indirect losses such as lost work, missed deadlines, or data removed by a script you ran yourself. Nothing here excludes rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
You may stop using the academy at any time. We may close an account if these terms are broken repeatedly, if access is shared against the rules, or if we are required to by law. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing rules stay in force after access ends.
