Your details are used to answer questions about modules, enrolment, or technical topics, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Aggregated usage data helps us decide which learning materials need rewriting and where navigation causes confusion.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets a small number of functional cookies to remember basic preferences. If analytics is active, it records page views and referral sources in an aggregated form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; core pages will still load, though some conveniences may reset.
Sharing with processors

Retention
